"User-Friendly Platform for Real-Time Collaboration and Screen Sharing"

5/5

What do you like best about Mural?

The platform is a great help in today’s virtual world, providing a space where everyone can stay engaged. It lets me write and share text in real time, and I really appreciate how user-friendly the interface is. Ease of use is one of my favorite aspects, and the screen-sharing feature is incredibly helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

Information about the program’s components is limited, so some users may need extra time to familiarize themselves with how everything works. A proper tutorial would be helpful for getting started. Also, the undo function doesn’t seem to be working correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to its text features, I can communicate easily. I was also able to return to the room and review the conversation whenever I needed to. It makes it simple to share my work with others, and the range of features helped me convey my ideas with ease. I can use it to collaborate with my team, and overall it’s a very easy-to-use digital whiteboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
