What do you like best about Mural?

I’m still impressed by how quickly you can go from a blank canvas to something genuinely useful. I like that the AI-powered diagram generation gives us a solid starting point, and the real-time comments and collaboration make revisions smoother while helping reduce arguments. It also has tons of templates and keyboard shortcuts, which makes it practical and efficient for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

It’s very intuitive, so creating a diagram or setting up a digital whiteboard only takes a few minutes. Customer support has been exceptional, and the product shows a strong commitment to security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it during design reviews to update architecture diagrams based on team feedback, so everyone stays aligned on the same design. For my team, the biggest advantage is real-time collaboration: several of us can edit and comment on the same live board at once, which has significantly reduced the number of meetings we need.
