What I value most about Multiplier Global Payroll is the people behind the service. The team is incredibly approachable, responsive, and always willing to help. They are quick to answer questions, resolve issues efficiently, and readily jump on a call whenever additional support is needed. Their customer-focused attitude and proactive communication make collaboration smooth and effective. What do you dislike about Multiplier Global Payroll?

One area for improvement would be high-level commercial discussions and negotiations, which can sometimes take longer than expected to conclude. In some cases, the outcomes are not always as flexible as we would hope from a customer perspective. That said, once agreements are in place, the operational teams are very supportive, responsive, and committed to finding solutions, which greatly enhances the overall experience.
