What do you like best about Multiplier Contractor of Record?

I’ve had a very positive experience interacting with Multiplier, especially thanks to the outstanding support provided by Venkat.

Throughout my communications, Venkat consistently demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and clear dedication to helping resolve matters efficiently. He was always quick to respond, proactive in providing updates, and thorough in his follow-up. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of care and consistency in customer support, and it made a real difference in my experience with the company.

Multiplier, as a whole, has shown a commitment to supporting employees across borders, navigating the complexities of international employment with professionalism and care. What do you dislike about Multiplier Contractor of Record?

Overall, my experience with Multiplier was positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Communication between internal teams was sometimes slow, and key details—like unused leave days or training hours—weren’t always clearly shown on payslips. What problems is Multiplier Contractor of Record solving and how is that benefiting you?
