I like the ease of use and the interface of msgboxx; the UX is really easy to navigate. The integration with my CRM system is fantastic because I don't have to rely on WhatsApp Business on my phone. I also love the automation capabilities, especially being able to respond and communicate efficiently with potential leads and customers through AI agents. The widget on our website is also helpful, allowing seamless interactions with customers, where humans can jump in to take over conversations. The bulk WhatsApp sending feature is really cool, and I find it quite useful for sending marketing messages to hundreds of clients at once. It was a great improvement for my business because msgboxx doesn't limit the number of users and integrates well with other tools like HubSpot and GoHighLevel. Moreover, the support from Stitch AI is exceptional; they're knowledgeable and build new tools to fit our use case.
