What do you like best about MSF Connect?

What I appreciate most about MSF Connect is its lightning-fast performance and modular architecture. Because it’s built efficiently, it runs smoothly even on older devices, which is crucial for technical workshops. What do you dislike about MSF Connect?

Currently, the main downside is the lack of fully automated payment gateways for software subscriptions. While the platform supports manual payment methods (like Zelle, Binance, or local bank transfers), it requires manual verification and uploading receipts. MSF Connect solves the massive problem of software fragmentation in technical repair shops. Before, we had to use separate tools for inventory, customer management, invoicing, and technician tracking. MSF Connect brings almost every area of our business under one roof. The biggest benefit is the automation; from generating service orders to triggering real-time WhatsApp updates for clients, it handles the heavy lifting automatically.
