What do you like best about MPO?

I like that the program has a basic structure that you can customize and expand upon. Customer Support is really helpful and the consultants help to design a perfect solution for your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MPO?

We make use of many customized functions and over time (especially when requirements change) it can be a bit confusing to determine which processes are affected by new configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MPO solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, our business was conducted in excel exclusively. In our business, exceptions are more common than the "norm", which made it difficult to automate our processes. Excel gave us the flexibility to handle our work, but mistakes and inaccuracies were very common. MPO gave us the same flexibility as excel, but prevents most of the issues.
