What do you like best about Moxso?

Moxso makes security awareness training simple to roll out and easy for employees to engage with. The modules are short and practical rather than checkbox compliance, the phishing simulations feel realistic, and the dashboard shows who is at risk without much admin overhead. What do you dislike about Moxso?

Reporting is the main gap. The dashboard covers the basics, but custom reports and exports for audit evidence take extra manual work. The content library is also smaller than what larger platforms offer, and localized material for non-English-speaking staff is thinner than I’d like. What problems is Moxso solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moxso addresses the human side of security: phishing, credential reuse, and staff who don’t know what to report or to whom. Before, awareness training was an annual session that people forgot within weeks. Now employees get short, regular training and simulated attacks, so risky behavior surfaces early and gets corrected in context. For us as a regulated payments company, this gives documented evidence that staff are trained on an ongoing basis, which supports our compliance obligations and reduces the manual effort of tracking who completed what.
