What do you like best about Moxso?

I like Moxso for its especially good quality videos and the ease of tracking training progress. The configurability and phishing campaigns are also notable features. The quality of the material makes the training much more efficient, and the gamification aspect, where I can track progress, is fun for end users and drives adoption. What really stands out is that unlike Cybr's AI animated videos, Moxso uses real people, which makes it more desirable. Additionally, Moxso is the platform where users report phishing and spam, which adds another layer of utility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moxso?

The gamification aspect of Moxso could be improved. Right now, I find myself having to rely on Excel or PowerBI to track progress through the gamification feature, which feels unnecessary and cumbersome. It would be great if these features were more robustly built into the dashboard. Additionally, it would be helpful if results could be easily provided based on employee type or department without needing to resort to external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moxso educates end users about risks, improving cyber awareness and protection. The high-quality videos, training tracking, and phishing campaigns enhance engagement, while reporting helps manage threats better.
