What do you like best about Mouseflow?

Mouseflow is easy to use and easy to implement. The team at Mosueflow has been great at supporting us starting with implementation through to the present. Our previous heatmap and session recording tool made some changes that lead to the decision to find a new partner. Since the move, we have not looked back. What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mouseflow gives us tools to assess user experience by providing insight into how visitors are interacting with our pages and enables us to view how visitors interact with the website during a visit. I espeically like the features that draw our attention to areas where there may be an issue with the website that we can address. It allows us to idetnify and address user experience issues.
