I find Mouseflow very easy to use, which is great for quickly setting up funnels to understand user navigation on different pages. I appreciate using the funnels for insight into where users face difficulties, helping to improve our user experience. Additionally, the heat maps are really beneficial for visualizing user engagement, seeing where they're struggling, and identifying the geographic areas our site reaches.
