What do you like best about Mouseflow?

This tool helps us uncover actionable behavioral insights, such as user engagement and user flows, which in turn help us make pivotal decisions and build a better user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

The main issue I’ve noticed is the session replay option. Sometimes the replay isn’t clear, and it ends halfway through. On top of that, some sessions don’t get tracked at all, so we have to rely on another platform to fill in the gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mouseflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use different landing pages for our campaigns, and with Mouseflow we can see where most users click, how far they scroll, and how they interact with forms and other elements. This helps us tweak and adjust the content or design so we can give users more of what they’re looking for.
