What I appreciate most about Motus is the exceptional level of support. The Member Services team consistently provides timely, knowledgeable assistance, and our Account Manager has been an outstanding partner, always responsive, proactive, and committed to helping us navigate challenges and improve the program. What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?

One area for improvement is the user experience around mileage capture and trip edits, particularly when program updates introduce new requirements that drivers may not immediately understand. While the support provided by Motus is excellent, additional in-app guidance and clearer communication around changes could help reduce user confusion and support inquiries. Motus solves the challenge of managing vehicle reimbursement, mileage tracking, and compliance for a large mobile workforce.
