What do you like best about Motivosity?

I like that you can privately or publicly in the company publish and recognize an effort made by a fellow colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

Not enough motivosity bucks each month to give out to others. Also, the calculation of points does not make much sense. The points should not be based off of amount given or amount of times given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?
