What do you like best about Motive?

They are constantly innovating products and have recently implemented new updates like AI reading of documents and also active driver monitoring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motive?

The bulk document upload could be better, it needs to only read the first and last name and not the middle name in order to have it sync to a driver properly. Then bulk enrollment in active monitoring instead of manual for fleets that have a lot of drivers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Real-Time Coaching offers immediate, in-cab alerts that help modify driver behavior before accidents happen. This proactive approach has been statistically shown to reduce the number of incidents overall.

Liability Shield provides high-definition video that serves as clear evidence for driver exoneration, helping the company avoid costly litigation and lowering the severity of insurance claims.

Operational simplicity and a high adoption rate are also key strengths. The platform is easy to use and implement, which leads to a much higher rate of driver adoption compared to other options. Its unified system brings together ELD, GPS, asset tracking, and fuel management, streamlining daily tasks for both drivers and managers. By centralizing these functions, the platform eliminates data silos, reduces administrative paperwork, and encourages frequent use across the entire fleet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
