What do you like best about Moss | Spend smarter?

The user interface is designed to be very intuitive, modern, and clear. Both on the desktop and in the mobile app, you can find your way around immediately, which makes daily use extremely easy.

The platform offers excellent interfaces to common accounting programs like DATEV. The data export runs smoothly and saves the finance team a tremendous amount of manual effort. The app and the web platform run stably, load extremely quickly, and transactions are displayed in real-time without delay. There are no noticeable delays in the system.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. Through the automation of document verification and the avoidance of errors, the costs for the tool are quickly amortized. The customer service responds quickly, competently, and is very helpful. The onboarding was also well-structured, so the entire team was able to use the cards without any problems in a very short time.

The AI-supported recognition of documents works impressively precisely. Invoice data such as amount, merchant, and tax rates are automatically read correctly, making manual typing almost completely unnecessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moss | Spend smarter?

The web version on the computer offers slightly more features than the mobile app. It would be great if the app had the same range of features for invoice management in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moss | Spend smarter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moss solves the problem of time-consuming, manual receipt management for us. Previously, we had to painstakingly collect receipts and assign them manually. Now, employees upload their receipts directly via the app. Additionally, the hassle of sharing a single company credit card is eliminated, as we can quickly and securely create digital cards for individual employees or purposes.

We benefit from this through enormous time savings in accounting, a perfect real-time overview of all expenses, and significantly leaner, faster processes in everyday work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
