What do you like best about Mortgage Servicer?

There is some slight customization available and most all of the data can be pulled into spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mortgage Servicer?

The system only allows the user to store one document at a time. If I need to upload 3 different documents to the same account it's not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mortgage Servicer:

I suggest that new users take a number of training classes available to fully familiarize themselves with the system. Our previous Admin took reporting classes as well so that we could utilize Crystal reports to pull data from FICS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mortgage Servicer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to easily track borrower payments, process T&I payments, and cut checks directly from the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
