"Moovila Streamlines Project Flow, Capacity Planning, and On-Time Delivery"

What do you like best about Moovila?

The most impactful features of Moovila for us would be the ability to create project templates to pull from when creating a project, PSA integration with automated task assignment and scheduling, and automated analysis/updating of project timelines.

Being able to create project templates for all situations allows us to be flexible with our scoping to a client, allowing us to provide realistic expectations for expected time and budget. This has helped us bridge the gap between sales and the project teams to align everyone's expectation of the project that was scoped with Moovila's templates. Even when we update templates based on changes determined while working through tasks, the Sales team will automatically see those changes.

Having our PSA sync'd with changes in Moovila (and vice-versa) helps us be efficient when changes are made. So much time is saved from an administrative standpoint. The ability to assign tasks within a project to multiple people (ad-hoc and in bulk) and then automatically schedule out tasks based on the technician's schedule in our PSA has been game changing. This allows us to plan out our entire week for all technicians with the click of a few buttons.

When we miss task deadlines or need to push dates on other projects due to capacity being reached, being able to automatically update due dates is extremely helpful. We're able to plan ahead on when work will be completed and schedule things out accordingly. This also helps us better identify our future capacity.

The onboarding process to Moovila was fantastic and support is always super quick to respond. We enjoy working with Louis as he's always on top of things and can point us in the right direction if he doesn't have an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moovila?

The UI is clunky in certain places and PSA integration with consideration to accurate time logging. That said, we appreciate they are always taking feedback and making improvements regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moovila solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moovila has been a great asset to our company. Before using Moovila, we struggled to keep projects on track, balance work loads, have work consistently defined for certain project types, and had a major communication gap with the sales team when scoping projects.

It has helped us understand the flow of each project, identify due dates at both the project and task level, assess capacity, and call out risks early. It also makes it easier to adjust due dates across all projects as priorities shift.

Using templates has allowed us to bridge the gap with our sales team to ensure that everyone is on the same page when going through scoping and work delivery.

Moovila has saved us a significant amount of administrative time through automation of the management process, which allows us to use that time more wisely by improving the quality of our project templates and delivery. Since using the tool, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in project delivery compliance, both on-time and on-budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
