What do you like best about Moosend?

The simplicity of use, easy to use drag'n'drop to create emails etc. Easily interfaces to your website for form/lead capture Excellent backup and support - probably the best support I've had for any platform we've used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moosend?

It's a new platform so one or two of the features are not fully functional in the platform so you don't know if a feature is truly working. Once you know, it is easier to work around. Price is acceptable. I sometimes think pricing should be more competitive as there are other platforms less expensive and more reliable. That said, the excellent support makes up for that. Recommendations to others considering Moosend:

If you're a solopreneur or SMB Moosend can help you. It can be a little pricey for where they are at the moment but I have no doubt they will continue to improve in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moosend solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have two large lists. Our main list was run exclusively through MooSend and having accurate, reliable email is very important. Moosend have solved that. Our ROI on some lists has fallen but I don't attribute that to MooSend it is more our degraded list quality from Covid-19 work. Having Moosend as an integration point is very important and we'll be keen to see how they interface with our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
