The support feature is great, and I always got feedback within minutes. Pricing is also the best out there in my opinion. Love the scale based on subscribers. Overall I would highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Moosend?** I didn't love that I had to add First Name and Last Name as fields, as they only had "Name" in there. You can hide the "Name" field and display your custom ones, which helped solve the problem though. They are working on EU requirements. It doesn't allow for cold emailing like the U.S. does. I'm not a huge fan of cold emailing, but there are times when we needed to send out email blasts to all of our clients who hadn't previously subscribed.
