The onboarding is very organised, the experts ask all the right questions to ensure confidence that the implementation will go well. provided help with integrating data from our existing software. The HR system is customisable and the experts immediatly know where to go and what to change, once your shown, its so intuative that its not a challenge to repeat. The system is responsive, virtually no thinking time. Emails for support are answered very fast, so far withing 30 mins. For what you are getting the cost is supprisingly good.
