What do you like best about Moogsoft?

The alert correlation is the most useful feature for me. When several alerts come from the same underlying issue, Moogsoft brings them together into one Situation, which reduces noise and makes initial triage much quicker. It is especially helpful during major incidents when alerts arrive from multiple systems at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moogsoft?

One area that could be improved is the alert-processing latency. Sometimes there is a gap between the source tool generating an event and the correlated alert appearing on the Moogsoft dashboard. Moogsoft solves the problem of receiving too many alerts from different monitoring tools at the same time. It groups related alerts into Situations, filters out unnecessary noise, and helps us identify the issue that actually needs attention.
