"Automated Invoice Uploads That Free Up Our Billing Team"

What do you like best about Monto?

Monto provides a tool that allows for the automation of the upload of invoices into various portals that, before Monto, were having to be manually uploaded by an individual. By automating this task, it allows our team members to focus on other areas of billing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monto?

The invoicing matching still requires some work. It's recognized that our billing requirements may be more complex than some of Monto's current customer base. A change in their AI/matching model would help in the reduction of exceptions but, again it's recognized this may not be an easy change. I do like that Monto is listening Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Monto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have many complex accounts with a National footprint that require a lot a hand holding. We are working with Monto on some of these accounts to develop processing rules just for those accounts. We haven't done many at this time but working towards getting more of the accounts with a national footprint onboarded with Monto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
