What do you like best about Montara?

Montara is an easy to use tool to enable data analysts to prepare their own tables for downstream analysis and business needs. Our data engineers use dbt for data transformation for our core tables - but it was too complex for our analysts (required learning stuff like jinja, yml and git and didn't fit our workflows). We implemented Montara about 8 months ago and the team loves it. No more waiting for data engineers, and the AI agents take care of most of the work - we focus on the SQL business logic. What do you dislike about Montara?

We would love to be able to set up several Snowflake connections for the same project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Montara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Montara we had to wait for data engineers to prepare tables for us. We constantly had a backlog of days to get support on both small and large code changes and the business suffered. Now we work independently and move much more quickly which has enabled our team to double our capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
