What do you like best about Monster?

The aspect of the monster that I like most is the huge database of candidates and the fact that it's possible to filter resumes by particular skills and experience through keywords. This makes it easy for the recruiters to find appropriate candidates and establish a good pipeline for various job needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monster?

Sometimes the search results may also contain irrelevant or outdated profiles, which will require extra time for screening out such candidates. Accuracy in searching, keeping the profile of the candidate up-to-date, having more advanced options to filter out results would make this platform more effective.
