The invoicing process is so much smoother with Monograph, and being able to staff projects into the future is helpful. Having project phase dates helps me with invoicing, and keeping track of employee time off is a big deal. I like the chat box because the AI can answer most of my questions, and if it can’t, someone from Monograph usually gets back to me pretty quickly. Monograph is reliable, has no downtime, and runs smoothly. I can count on it to do what I need when I need it, so I’m not constantly troubleshooting and I enjoy my job a lot more. The financials page gives me a helpful snapshot of a project, including how much we’ve invoiced and how much consultants have invoiced us. Setting up projects and budgets is simple and user-friendly, and the information I need is correct and right where I need it. Seeing phase dates under the budget also helps me in my role. I wish Monograph had a way to track PTO differently, including an option to reset it on the hire date. Some filters are inconsistent: I can search by project number in the project screen, but other filters require the project name. I wish I could search by project number across the board.
