What do you like best about Monograph?

I’ve had a great experience with Monograph so far. My onboarding process has taken a little longer, but that’s entirely on me as I’ve been working through getting all of our documentation and systems organized. The Monograph team has been incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process—they’ve truly held my hand every step of the way.

Kenny has been amazing to work with, and I’ve been very happy with the onboarding experience. I especially love how easily Monograph integrates with QuickBooks and how streamlined the invoicing and project management options are.

I would absolutely choose Monograph again. The software is great, but the level of support throughout onboarding has made the experience even better. Yes, absolutely I feel like it is doing everything I need it to do, and I am getting the value out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monograph?

My only real wish would be for more flexibility around the daily and weekly administrative workflows that are still integral to running an architecture and engineering firm but aren’t necessarily tied to a specific project. I’d love the ability to create recurring milestones or deliverables, assign them to junior or administrative staff, and attach instructions or procedures—essentially bringing some of the same workflow structure Monograph provides for projects into general firm operations.

We’ve found a workaround for now, and I’ve already shared this feedback with the Monograph team. They’ve been incredibly receptive and are actually working on solutions, which says a lot about the company. I’m confident they’ll continue evolving the platform as they hear more from firms using it every day.
