What do you like best about MonkeyPod?

I like that MonkeyPod puts everything in one place and makes it easier to run the business. It’s an all-in-one platform created by people who run nonprofits and understand what nonprofits need, and I find it very intuitive. When someone donates online, the donation goes straight into our books and the system generates a nonprofit thank-you letter, so there’s much less manual input. Paying bills is more streamlined, and I can pay directly through MonkeyPod, which saves time. The reporting is intuitive and structured for nonprofits, and it makes filing the 990 easier. The MonkeyPod team was very supportive and helped us along the way during setup. Once we got it up and running, it made life much, much better and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonkeyPod?

Everything about MonkeyPod works great for us. The only extra step is with Ticketmaster venues: Ticketmaster doesn’t integrate with anyone, so we have to upload its data into MonkeyPod. That’s a Ticketmaster issue, not a MonkeyPod issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MonkeyPod puts our bookkeeping, marketing, CRM, and fundraising in one place, so it's much easier to run the business.
