What do you like best about MONKEY?
I love having and integrated CRM system and order platform. The customer support is phenomenal and the ability to create customized reports from the SQL database has been very helpful in providing insights about our fastest growing market segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about MONKEY?
While I love having the custom reports in Excel, it would be nice to further customize the UI itself, but we have not been able to. Also, the integration with DoorDash has been slightly problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
