I use Monk to track invoices, handle automatic dunning, and free up my time for more strategic work at a lean startup. It cleanly organizes invoices, helps me create playbooks for handling different customer disputes, and brings in the best parts of AI automation for reducing DSO and getting us cash on hand faster. I love the responsiveness of the team, how much they care about the customer, and how quick they are to ship. They have created a great product, have a well-rounded roster of folks to help support it, and are taking the right approach to solving a problem businesses around the world suffer from. I think it would be nice if I could drag and drop lockbox checks into a scanner that would then suggest where to handle cash application based on the current customer list. This feature is currently a work in progress, but for industries like mine where we rely on physical checks or have more aged infrastructure, it would be great to take advantage of more of the automation!
