What do you like best about Monk Commerce?
We've started to see immediate success with the Monk Commerce app since installing it on our BigCommerce store. The app allows us to add related products to a pop-up after specific products are added to the user's cart. Since installing, our AOV (average order value) has grown by 15%. What do you dislike about Monk Commerce?
The app is new to BigCommerce so I think some of the capabilities have yet to be reached by the developers. For instance, BigCommerce has native recommended products which could be applied to this app to reduce setup time. The statistics are also not as in-depth as we would expect.
