What do you like best about MongooseIM?

It is easy to integrate and implement in ongoing project. It has components that easy to use in frontend for chat messaging functionality. It can easily manage heavy message load on server and provides scalability for large scale projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MongooseIM?

The audio integration is complicated and also sometimes audio has delay in messaging that can be improved but overall it nice instant messaging solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MongooseIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped in integrating the instant messaging functionality in crm application with the instant messaging and audio features integrated which has resulted in improved user interactions with app and it performs well under heavy messages load during peak hours.
