The visual layout allows me to quickly see where everything stands at a glance for me and my team. I also appreciate that it is sortable, customisable, and very easy to use so onboarding new staff is uncomplicated for the basic features. The only issue I have is that I’m required to use the same status categories in a column within a board. There are times when I want to track the same information within a single board, but the categories just aren’t relevant for all groups.
