What I like best about monday.com is how easy it is to organise ideas and turn them into clear, actionable tasks. I love being able to group tasks, add notes and files, and use different filters and views to quickly prioritise what needs to be done. It makes it much easier to stay organised and efficiently work through tasks and projects.
I also really value the collaborative aspect, as it allows multiple people to contribute, share information and stay across the progress of a project in one place. On top of the functionality, I find the platform aesthetically pleasing and intuitive to use, which makes managing projects feel much more streamlined and enjoyable. One issue I find frustrating is the way subtasks and tasks are structured. When you create a subtask within a task, it always has to remain nested under that parent task, and you can’t easily move it out to sit as a standalone task within the main task column. Similarly, tasks always need to be attached to a group, which can feel restrictive when you simply want to organise something independently.
It would be useful to have more flexibility around the hierarchy, allowing subtasks to be promoted to standalone tasks or tasks to exist without necessarily being assigned to a group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
