The software is straightforward to use, with minimal downtime. I haven't encountered any functionality problems or glitches. It keeps all the information I need at a glance in a simple dashboard that is customizable for our industry and our specific needs. I like that more than one person can be logged in at a time and that everything updates in real time. It was easy to implement and it's a true benefit to know that it can integrate with other platforms down the road. We would prioritize other programs that could most easily integrate with monday over other platforms. We've only needed to reach out to Customer Support one time for something minor, but it was a seamless experience. We use this on a daily basis and it meets our needs well! There is very little I dislike about monday Work Management, which is rare for me when it comes to software platforms. Usually, I can find something that could be improved or that doesn't quite make sense, but honestly, this program seems to fulfill all of our requirements. I love it's ease of use. Once I was able to get everything set up and customized to my specific needs, being able to use it moving forward was extremely simple. I love using the software for a "brain dump". When I have an idea, I no longer have to email myself notes or — goodness forbid — turn to sticky notes! I really like the boards of monday Work Management because they allow us to separate all projects by stages and weekly follow-ups, which greatly facilitates planning and organization. The ease of use is another aspect I really appreciate, as it makes information updates simple and helps in the visualization and centralization of information in a standardized way. As for the reports, I like how we can generate customized reports for each client, with all the information and images attached from the beginning to the end of the project. The initial setup was easy and practical, which is excellent for integrating new team members without difficulties. It is super easy to use and setup

The table style format is great because of how you can import and export to excel easily, also it is great for people used to excel

Only thing is the wiki tool could be a bit better, for example something like Confluence would be amazing

I wish there were more automation options around time tracking. For businesses that rely on accurate time logs (especially when building finance boards and dashboards in monday), this for me is a critical feature. monday Work Management provides an extremely flexible and scalable foundation for building any workflow—without needing heavy custom development.

As a developer, I like how easily I can automate integrations using the Monday API, GraphQL, and webhooks. The platform’s structure (boards > groups > items > subitems) makes it intuitive for both technical and non-technical teams.

Centralized dashboards, cross-board automation, and the new Workflows engine significantly reduce manual processes and improve visibility across projects.

Some advanced automations still require custom coding or external services, especially when handling large datasets or complex conditional logic.

API rate limits and occasional column-type inconsistencies can slow down heavy integrations.

I've used Monday for about 8 years now and it's proven to be one of the most useful, versatile, and intuitive tools I use in my day-to-day. Boards are easy to use with powerful customization and workflow automations. Gantt and calendar views with eye catching and flexible features make visualizing projects and jobs-to-be done easy and attractive. It's minor, but having word processing options within make it really easy to set up a workspace that contains both list/chart views and note/long-form text views in one space. There's nothing to straight out dislike, but in terms of suggestions, it would ben nice if a gantt chart or calendar view could be built first and have the board prepopulate rather than other way around. Additional flexibility in those features would help as well (ways of viewing, zooming in/out etc.). The way folders work could be improved as well to help with board/file management - for example, right now if you move an item from one folder to another you expand all folders at once and have to re-collapse them all - little things like that.
