I am so grateful to have found monday.com and we plan to continue to use it forever! **What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?** I wouldn't say I dislike anything, I think monday is constantly improving its capabilities. **What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to having Monday.com, we would schedule visits to our organization all through email, it would take a lot of time to set-up visits because we needed to confirm a lot of details which took a lot of back and forth. However, I created an external workform to have everyone set-up/schedule visits with us through this. We get all the information we need in a beautiful table and can just send one confirmation email. We also have their visit linked to our google calendar. It has saved a bunch of time and energy which we can now use for other important tasks. I also set-up a grant management board that helps our team all be in the know, stay on track with grant objectives, reports and budget submission deadlines, and more. Some minor features available on other platforms aren't yet available in monday.com as of the writing this review. I also am not a fan of how I have a particular view in Monday and the email notifications default to a different view whenever I click on the CTA in the emails. Before that, each of us tried to stay organized with our own Excel spreadsheets, which made collaboration difficult. Now, we're all on the same page, and we can use different boards individually to keep certain tasks private while sharing the work that requires collaboration. Adopting monday.com turned out to be incredibly fortunate, especially when, on March 13, 2020, we were all suddenly required to work remotely. I can't imagine how chaotic it would have been to coordinate our work without it—monday.com truly helped keep our company running smoothly. In fact, it worked so well that the owners decided to sell our office building and let us work from home permanently. This also allowed us to hire new employees in different time zones, which helped us expand our business hours. Really the small flaws are subjective and preference-based, but as an employee of a software company, I get why things can't be programmed in certain ways.
