What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows the entire team to have a holistic view of the team's work. We have our work management product set up for full team transparency. This has created more collaboration within our group. It also allows us to quickly reassign projects with urgent needs come up. It also allows us to analyze what we've been doing so we can look at ways to improve or create efficiencies.
