What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

My Work is the ultimate feature and I will be lost without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

I now have to find an alternative to monday.com because despite being an early adopter (when it was called DaPulse) and paying two-years at a time for the subscription. My new subscription has increased by over 30%. I cannot justify the cost and need to find an alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a system to pull together all the task/project management systems we were using to manage client projects. When we saw how user friendly and easy monday.com was to use, we dispensed with all the other systems. I think the most important benefit is that junior team members no longer feel intimidated about assigning tasks to more senior team members. It empowered them.
