What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

Customisable status bars work really well when you are a visual person. I can view an entire team charter on a single dashboard and see, from the colours, where the different projects are up to. I also love that each task has a speech bubble so that comms, links, files for that specific task are all kept together in one place...no more hunting for emails. The automations are also great, changing out people, updating within guidelines. The more I use Monday.com the more I love it....and that was BEFORE they started introducing agentic support! What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

I would have preferred the agentic support to have an even smaller package. After playing around with it, I don't need all the bells and whistles now. Apart from that, I haven't really found a single thing that I dislike about Monday! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Team management. Multiple projects. Monday.com reduces overwhelm for me by having things displayed in such a way that everything is right there in a single row. I also just discovered Monday docs (late to the party on that one!) and now I don't have to go hunting for G.Docs....as it's all right there in the one row! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
