Structure of the platform is very adaptable to my needs. I can quickly create boards for my work, and updates are easy to pop on there. Also it seems to integrate with Copilot very well, I can ask Copilot to create tasks for me and it will send them to Monday.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI tool is very, very slow. When you ask the AI agent to do anything, it takes so long to think about it that you could do it yourself, or search on Google for how to do it, a lot faster. It's so rubbish that I've stopped trying to make it work. I like to give tools a chance, but this one frustrated me so much that I've stopped trying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
