As someone responsible for program-level visibility across multiple active and pipeline projects, monday.com has made it much easier to break work down into tasks and keep timelines in one place, rather than juggling scattered spreadsheets or status decks. The visual board layout lets me see where each project stands at a glance, and being able to switch between timeline/Gantt views and task-level views is especially helpful depending on whether I’m reporting up to leadership or managing day-to-day execution with the team.
