The AI features save real time on the repetitive parts: summarizing updates, drafting docs, and surfacing what's overdue or blocked so I don't have to dig through boards to find it. The visual layout also makes it easy for people who aren't project managers to understand status at a glance, which cuts down on check-in meetings and status emails. Seats are sold in tiers, so a small team can end up paying for more seats than it uses, and some of the most useful features, including the AI tools and advanced automations, sit behind higher plans. There is also a learning curve once boards get complex; the flexibility that makes it powerful means it's easy to build something messy if you don't plan the structure up front. Automation and integration limits on the lower tiers can be restrictive, and the mobile app doesn't offer the full experience of the desktop version.
