Custom Segmentation & Personalization - Using MoEngage’s customer segment, I can collate and analyze customer data. This helped me and my team curate and personalize the user experience by matching the customer demand to the available property. 2. User Paths - We love MoEngage’s User Path Analysis in the form of purchase path and uninstall path analysis to understand steps taken by a user before making a purchase and the pattern of users who uninstall the app respectively. 3. One dashboard for analytics and engagement - We can use the data insights and engage with our customers across channels such as push notification, email, and in-app push.
