What do you like best about MoeGo?

I’ve been using MoeGo as my everyday grooming software since I opened my small business in 2023, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to consolidate customer information, card payments, auto messaging, and ads all in one place. They offer different packages, so a variety of business structures can be accommodated. The Growth plan has been a great fit for my single mobile grooming vehicle as I take on new clients, and they also have larger packages for businesses with multiple groomers, multiple locations, or those aiming for faster growth.

They update the software regularly, which adds convenience and introduces new options for clients. Some of the other tools they offer include business insights, advertising, financing, referrals, and more.

My customers’ favorite feature is the grooming report. I can fill it out, include pictures, and then text or email it to them so they know how their fur baby’s groom went. The report is also helpful for pet owners to reference later, with details like behavior, coat condition, skin condition, eye condition, ear condition, and recommended grooming regularity.

Another tool I use often is the auto messaging. It’s a great way to keep clients informed about their bookings and business updates, and it even lets me send a happy birthday message. What do you dislike about MoeGo?

Their plans include a limited number of messages, which can make automated texts add up quickly. They do offer plan upgrades if more messages are needed. At times, the software also experiences glitches, but their 24/7 customer support is quick to work on fixes and keeps clients updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the major business problems MoeGo helps with is identifying active and inactive clients. With their cohesive client list, I am able to identify the returning customers and separate them from the customers who haven't returned for service in a year. With that feature I'm able to track how many active clients I have and how many more active clients I am able to take on for my business which is extremely helpful.

Automated messages have also helped me save time texting clients and reminding them to rebook their next grooming appointment in order to put time towards other parts of my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
