It's very user friendly and easy to use! It's definitely increased our productivity. The online booking feature has opened our business up to so many more clients and we can take booking requests 24/7

Performance can be improved a tad, but they do roll out new features monthly!

Pricing is higher than our last software, but we get a decent amount of features in the package we choose Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish there were more AI features so we’d have less to do. For example, a call assistant that could integrate with our phone system would be really helpful, especially when we can’t get to the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
