I manage several WordPress sites, and what has changed my daily routine the most is having everything in a single panel. Before, checking updates meant entering site by site; now I can see at a glance which plugins and themes are pending and update them in bulk in a few minutes. With the number of websites I handle, that makes a big difference.
Another strong point is that backups are integrated. I no longer depend on another plugin just for backups, which saves me configuration, subscriptions, and one less problem to monitor on each site. Added to this are the downtime monitor, which alerts me before the client notices, and fast support with real people, something I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing important so far. The reports could be customized a bit more, but it's not something that stops me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
