"Modular DS Delivers Reliable Monitoring, Backups, and Helpful Support"

What do you like best about Modular DS?

I've been very happy since moving my care plan clients' websites to Modular DS for uptime monitoring, safe plugin updates, backups, and more. These days, there seem to be more and more vulnerabilities discovered with WordPress plugins, and Modular DS is on top of it, letting me know by email how severe an issue is and which of my sites are affected. I've also been very satisfied with their customer service when I've needed to reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Modular DS?

I did have an issue with one of my sites, where I'm not able to update the plugins with the "safe updates" feature, but it's possible that's something controlled by their web host. The Modular DS team was still helpful with possible solutions, such as trying to skip the safe updates and just go with standard updates. Despite that issue, I've still been glad to have that website in my Modular DS account so I can receive notifications about vulnerable plugins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Modular DS solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of my client websites are now in one place, so I don't have to log into all of their different web hosts to perform weekly website maintenance. It's also handy if I only have access to the WordPress dashboard for a client (and not their web host) because I'm still able to take backups of their site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
