What problems is ModSquad solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed additional support for a large social media moderation project since this was very sudden and we were unable to obtain new staff members, let alone be able to train them. ModSquad was able to fill in the gaps while maintaining SOP mandated by the client as well as our company's practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
