What do you like best about ModMed?

Very easy to learn to use and navigate. Training new staff is easy. Customer Support is always timely. I am an all day every day user both in the day to day as well as admin functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

The lack of integration to Vision Plans and being able to file claims from it - Trizetto. Would like a little more flexibility in template builds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are working on the process flow of obtaining documents needed in the ASC chart from the Mod Med Ema chart. The CCD functionality was failing regularly so creating a workflow in the ASC to auto pull these documents has made the workflow for the ASC so much easier and has reduced office technician time creating the CCD files to send.
