The transition to ModMed from another platform was fairly smooth, considering we were converting 42 providers from a system we had used for 18 years. I dislike that the URL functionality in ModMed doesn't work as efficiently as it should, particularly when it comes to signing results. It can be problematic when results return without being attached to a provider, and there's no alert or flag system to notify about such instances.
