"Painless Setup and a Dashboard That Makes Team Productivity Easy"

What do you like best about Modge?

The dashboard is the big one for me. I can see hours logged, idle time, and productivity trends for the whole team in one place without pulling separate reports. Performance-wise it's quick - the dashboard loads fast and a thirty-second look tells me how the week is trending. Setup was painless and nobody on the team needed hand-holding to start using it. We came over from Hubstaff and day to day this is just less friction. We use the AI features as well, and they slot in nicely on top of the core tracking. Pricing also made sense for a business our size, and since it replaced a couple of separate tools we were paying for, it basically pays for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Modge?

Honestly the complaints are small. Onboarding the whole team took a little effort up front - getting everyone installed and used to it was a week or so of nudging. I'd also like a few more export options on the reporting side; the built-in reports are clean but sometimes I want the raw data in a different format for my own spreadsheets. What problems is Modge solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem was visibility into how my team's time was actually being spent without me spending half my day on it. Before, between pulling reports and chasing down timesheets, it felt like I was working for the tracking tool instead of the other way around. Now I open the dashboard and in about thirty seconds I can see how the week is trending - hours logged, active vs idle time, and where the time goes by category (communication, documents, research and so on). It also consolidated tools we were paying for separately: timesheets, leave requests and shift scheduling are all in one place, and the Salesforce integration killed the double entry between systems.
